Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- Timeline: Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels securely attached.
The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect its condition:
- Processing Time: Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your refund or exchange.
- Notification: We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been finalized.
